As a ShopRite Associate, understanding your options is the first step to making a decision for the next calendar year.

What: Open Enrollment is upon us once again. This is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit plans and make any changes for the upcoming year.

Who: Full-time, Non-affiliated, SRS associates who are eligible for benefits. If this is your first year enrolling, please take the time to review your options to ensure you are making the best choice for you and your family.

In 2026, there will be Two Medical Plan Options:

Aetna Choice POS II Plan
Aetna Choice POS II – BASIC PLAN

When: Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 3, 2025, and ends at midnight on Monday, November 24, 2025.

How: Download the enrollment form located at the bottom of the ENROLL page under “Enrollment Forms”. These password-protected forms contain your weekly associate contributions.

Next Step: Complete the enrollment forms and return to srsbenefits@wakefern.com no later than November 24, 2025 to receive the coverage of your choice in 2026.

Consider the following before you enroll.

Carefully review your materials.

Review your enrollment materials and Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) on your benefits website.
Consider your benefit needs and compare your options for 2026.
Contact your Benefits Specialist if you have any questions.
Decide if you want to add or delete dependents from your coverage. If you’re adding a dependent, you are required to provide dependent documentation, such as a marriage certificate and/or a birth certificate.
If changes are necessary update your beneficiary designation.
Elect anything other than Associate only (single) coverage; identify all eligible dependent(s) on the enrollment forms.
If you choose to waive your benefit coverage, download and submit the Waiver of SRS Benefits form below.

How to Enroll?
Download your enrollment forms and weekly contributions from this website. Once you have completed the forms, please submit them to srsbenefits@wakefern.com to receive the coverage of your choice in 2026. If you have any questions, please contact Veena Sai at 908-527-7389.

Who is Eligible?
Full-time, non-affiliated ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. (SRS) associates who are eligible for benefits. If this is your first year enrolling, please take the time to review your options to ensure you are making the best choice for you and your family.
